Recent graduates from all three Westerville high schools returned to their alma maters on Friday, January 6, as part of The Ohio State University’s College of Engineering Hometown Ambassadors Program.  Seven alumni and Tom Rodgers, an Industrial Systems Engineer with the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, spoke to students in Introduction to Engineering Design and Materials Science classes.  Presentations at all three buildings allowed high school students to learn more about the engineering profession, potential educational pathways, professional engineering organizations, and life on OSU’s campus.  High school students appreciated the presentations noting, “There's more variety and options in engineering careers than I ever imagined.”
