When the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (W.A.R.M.) conducted its holiday canned food drive on Saturday, December 5, they were assisted greatly by 26 strapping young lacrosse players from Westerville Central High School, along with nine of their parents. The volunteers drove around to area homes to collect food donations put out by residents, and then delivered them to designated drop-off points such as the Maxtown Kroger’s parking lot. This is just one of the wonderful ways these young men and their families give back to the community.
