Our Town is Coming to Westerville Central February 20 - 22

Westerville Central High School thespians will perform in Our Town, a 1938 play written by Thornton Wilder.  It tells the story of a fictional American small town called Grover’s Corners between 1901 and 1913.  The literary classic centers around the young love of George Gibbs and Emily Webb and the hopes, joys, and heartaches their small town endures.  With stage adaptation done by Matthew Earnest and Hillary Billups, this beloved story will take audiences on a whirlwind of emotions.  Our Town is intended for viewers of all ages, but does have a run time of two and a half hours.

Tickets cost $6.  Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. on February 20 and 21; and at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 22.  Central is located at 7118 Mt. Royal Avenue.
