Westerville Central’s Alex McDowell Wins Rotary’s Four-Way Speech Contest

On April 17, Westerville Central High School senior Alex McDowell won The Rotary Club of Westerville’s Four-Way Speech Contest.  He will compete in the District 6690 contest on April 26th, which will be held in Chillicothe.  Competitors were asked to consider:  Of the things we think, say or do, is it the truth?  Is it fair to all concerned?  Will it build goodwill and better friendships?  Will it be beneficial to all concerned? 

The purpose of Rotary’s 4-Way Test Speech Contest is to foster the principles of ethics in everyday life as well as in business.
