Poetry Out Loud Competitors Featured on WOCC’s “School’s Out” Program

On Monday, March 10, Westerville Central High School students who competed in the Poetry Out Loud contest were featured on School’s Out, a production of Otterbein University’s WOCC-TV3, which is hosted by Dr. Jeff Demas.  They were accompanied by Bridget Cargin, Literature teacher at Central.

Tarike Osuobeni was the winner of the school wide contest and she went on to compete at the state level.  The show airs on WOCC every night at 5:30 p.m. on Time Warner cable and Wide Open West.  U-verse subscribers can watch it on channel 99 at the same time. It can also be seen online at Otterbein.tv.
