Blendon Middle School counselors Amy Weinrich and Marcia Childs celebrated National School Counseling Week with a series of activities this week.
The activities include showing their appreciation for teachers and staff by delivering snacks to their classrooms, providing tokens of encouragement to students during lunch and inviting students to find a hidden puzzle piece at school for a prize.
The week is designed to raise awareness on the contributions school counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career.
