Forty-six area spellers have qualified for participation in the 2014 Scripps College of Communication Columbus Metro Spelling Bee on March 22 in Athens, Ohio. They attained a score of at least 41 on the online test. Among the students moving forward are three from Westerville – Will Grace, Blendon Middle School; Zachary Ryan, Heritage Middle School; and Andrew Schad, Walnut Springs Middle School.
