Hanby Magnet School held its 12th annual Arts Auction on Saturday, April 12. The ticket auction items included a trip for four to Disney, a handmade quilt from Linda Ferguson and a painting by Dr. Jan Fedorenko, Principal. Local artists and businesses also donated items and services for this annual fund raiser that netted over $7,000 in profits. Funds from the auction support student field trips, guest speakers and special programs that integrate the arts and sciences in the classroom curriculums.
