The five Emerson Elementary students who launched a kindness campaign with encouraging hand-written notes, posters and gifts as the Kindness Ninjas have been given a new name by Mayor Kathy Cocuzzi: Kindness Heroes.
Cocuzzi and Neighbor2Neighbor, a grassroots initiative focused on fostering communication and building trust and relationships within the Westerville community, recognized Addison Tubaugh, Kate Stuckey, Angela Trudden, Harper Hahn and Abrianna Mikel on Tuesday.
