Westerville Students Selected as Outstanding Young Women by Zonta Club of Columbus

The Zonta Club of Columbus has selected Tuyen Quan, a senior at Westerville South High School, and Kendall Wright, a senior at Westerville North High School, as two of just 12 Outstanding Young Women in Central Ohio for 2019.  They were chosen based on their scholastic achievements, leadership, and commitment to service in their community and school.  These extraordinary students exemplifiy the values that Zonta Club members worldwide promote and encourage. 

Zonta will host a reception to honor this year’s recipients on Sunday March 10, from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the Worthington Hills Country Club.  They will also be announcing three monetary winners at the reception. 

Zonta is a global service organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women through service and advocacy.  The nonprofit organization was founded in 1929.
