Representatives from the Columbus Career Centers, Fort Hayes and Columbus Downtown, and the Delaware Area Career Center visited sophomores at all three Westerville high schools last week to share information about the exciting programming available during junior and senior years.

Each career center provides college preparatory and dual college credit academics in addition to nearly 40 career and technical programs designed to prepare students for college and career.  More detailed descriptions of the programs offered at each career center can be found online at http://bit.do/WCScareercenter.

Students interested in finding out more about the programs are encouraged to sign up for the Career Center Visit Days.  Delaware’s Visit Day will take place on November 17 and Columbus’ Visit Day is scheduled for December 8.  Pupils will have the opportunity to see the labs in action and meet with students and faculty of the programs that interest them.  Visit Day permission slips are due by October 31.
