Senior Banners
Westerville South Seniors - You can now order graduation banners online at www.mymidwestsports.com.
Go to the Home Page and select Online Ordering / Order Online to enter their ecommerce store. Select Graduation Banners and WSHS and you will be able to order your graduation banner.
All banners come with or without your senior image and are available in three sizes: 24x40, 36x60 and 32x72. Follow the instructions for checkout and Midwest Sports will email a proof of your banners within 24 hours. Custom banners with multiple images are available but are quoted separately.

Banners will be available for pickup in the WSHS Commons from 5 pm - 7pm on Thursday May 11th, before the Senior Evening of Excellence Award Ceremony. If you need an earlier delivery date, please arrange that with Midwest Sports.

Cap and Gown Orders
UPDATE: DEADLINE TO ORDER CAP/GOWN IS JANUARY 31ST!
It is time to order your cap and gown! Visit www.jostens.com to place your order. Please place your order as soon as possible to ensure that your items will be delivered in time for graduation. Orders placed now will be delivered to the school and passed out in the spring. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367).
Diploma Presenter Information
Diploma Presenter Forms will not be passed out until second semester, but it is never too early to start thinking about who you would like to present your diploma at graduation! The district does have the following guidelines when it comes to who may present:
Note: Each graduate may have ONE person present their diploma. Students are not permitted to present diplomas.
1. A current or past Westerville City Schools staff member (compensated by the Westerville Board of Education) who has made a significant impact on the student's life
2. Certified teacher, school counselor or administrator employed by the Delaware or Columbus vocational schools
3. Member of the Westerville Board of Education.
Names on Diplomas
By law, we must print your full LEGAL name on your diploma. Please log into PowerSchool and make sure that your first name, middle name, last name, and suffix (if applicable) are shown correctly. If your name is not correct, please see Mrs. Bishop in the main office.
If you have a preferred name that you would like to be in the graduation program and read at graduation, there will be a section on the diploma form (being distributed second semester) where you can enter this information. Please note: if you are under 18 years of age, you MUST have a parent/guardian signature in order for us to use your preferred name in the program and at graduation. This does not change the name on the diploma, that name MUST be your full legal name.
