Friends, family members, coaches, teachers and administrators gathered in the Westerville North High School Media Center on Monday afternoon, November 19, to watch and celebrate as Andrew Bernsdorf signed a Letter of Intent to swim competitively and continue his education at Oakland University in Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Bernsdorf is a four-time OCC Champion, District Champion in the 500 free, and three-time All Ohio. He is 2018 All American in the 500 free for his performance at the high school state meet. He has also earned scholar athlete status every year he has been on Westerville North’s Swim team; is a member of the National Honor Society; and most recently was named an Academic All American. Bernsdorf takes pride in leading the student section at Westerville North, is a member of the Warrior Athletic Leadership Team (WALT), and is a student ambassador for the OHSAA Athletic Leadership Team.
