People who visit an Uptown Westerville shop, restaurant or businesses in the near future may be surprised to receive a hand-written note of kindness and encouragement from a local middle school student. Neighborhood Bridges, run by CEO and Chief Believer Rick Bannister, has organized the undertaking by collecting some 2,000 cards made by pupils at Blendon, Genoa, Heritage and Walnut Springs middle schools.
