Welcome to the Genoa Middle School Band Program!  I am excited that you are considering learning a band instrument and want to have fun learning music.  Under the File/Links section you will find information to help guide you in selecting an instrument as well as how to obtain one. 

Please know that I will help each student find the instrument best for them.  Often students really want to play a specific instrument but once they try it they are unable to make a sound due to various reasons.  They then find an instrument they never considered and sound amazing on it!  This is what is great about music!  Trying new things, being creative and having a passion to learn!  This is going to be an amazing musical journey that we will share together!  Can't wait to meet you all in person!
