Programs

Individual COUNSELING
Individual counseling sessions are offered to any and all students. Students can be referred by themselves, by a parent/guardian, or by another school staff member. Communication with parents/guardians is encouraged. Confidentiality, explained on the home page, applies.
 

 
GROUP COUNSELING
Small group counseling occurs throughout the school year, addressing a variety of topics. Groups help students understand they are not alone, are educational, and help students with coping skills. Groups meet on average for 30 minutes on a weekly basis, for 6-8 weeks.
 

 
CLASSROOM GUIDANCE
Classroom guidance occurs quarterly throughout the school year, addressing a variety of topics and helping students to build leadership and resiliency skills.
 

 
RESPONSIVE SERVICES
Responsive services, including crisis counseling, peer mediation, and referrals, are provided as needed throughout the school year.
