November 17th is our 3rd Grade "United We Stand" concert. This is coming up FAST!!!! Here is the letter sent home with attached permission slip.
Dear families,
Over the next month, the third grade students at Hawthorne Elementary will be preparing for a combined patriotic performance during their music classes. On Tuesday, November 17th, 2015 at 7:00pm, the students will join other Westerville Elementary Schools to present “United We Stand” in the main auditorium of Vineyard Church Columbus located at 6000 Cooper Road Westerville, OH. We are very lucky to get to use this venue since no other auditorium in Westerville is big enough to house this event.
For the performance it is preferred that students wear their blue Hawthorne shirts. Otherwise, students are required to wear a red, white, or blue top (shirt, polo, sweater), long pants (blue jeans, khakis, or slacks), and flat shoes that are appropriate for moving or dancing. Girls will be allowed to wear a red, white, or blue dress that is school appropriate.
Arrival time at Vineyard Columbus on November 17th is 6:25pm and the concert starts at 7pm.
