Welcome to 5th Grade!

This is my 15th year teaching in a traditional classroom setting. Previously, I was an instructor at the Adventure Education Center for 11 years, taught Finishing School, and was a Preschool Teacher. Also, I worked in 8th grade at Olentangy teaching Reading, Language Arts,and Social Studies.
 
I took a couple of years off to travel with my husband who was in the Foreign Service. When I came back into the country, I was thrilled to join the 4th grade team at Annehurst. Later, due to a move to Lexington, Ohio,  I decided to stay home with my two boys who are 6 and 3 years old. When I came back to Westerville Schools, I joined the 4th grade team at Huber. The 2012-2013 school year, I was fortunate to move up with the 4th graders to 5th grade...I graduated! I am happy to be back in 5th Grade.
