New  Meningitis Vaccine Requirements for

7th & 12th Graders in the 2016-2017 School Year

Ohio Revised Code Now Stipulates:

1 dose of Meningitis Vaccine & 1 dose of T-dap Vaccine is due for 7th Grade.

1 or 2 doses of Meningitis Vaccine are due for Seniors.

*Check with your student's Pediatrician and get Booster shots now.

*Provide the updated immunization records to the school nurse as soon as possible.
