Cherrington Elementary students and families visited the Columbus Zoo over the summer to support first grade teacher Maryann Blankenship as she helped feed the fish in the giant aquarium. The Cherrington PTA and Principal Andy Heck, along with other staff members, organized the experience so youngsters could learn some memorable new facts about fish and maybe even support one of their own.
