Westerville Superintendent John Kellogg Receives BASA’s Exemplary Leadership Award

Dr. R. Kirk Hamilton, Executive Director of the Buckeye Association of School Administrators, presented Westerville City Schools Superintendent Dr. John Kellogg with an Exemplary Leadership Award at the October 8  Board meeting.

 

 

 

Dr. John Kellogg, Superintendent of Westerville City Schools, was selected by a panel of peers from his region to receive the 2018 Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA) Exemplary Leadership Award.  He was honored during an awards luncheon at the group’s fall conference on October 2 at the Hilton Polaris.  At the Westerville City Schools Board of Education meeting on October 8, Dr. R. Kirk Hamilton, Executive Director of BASA, presented Dr. Kellogg with a framed proclamation recognizing his outstanding educational leadership that has resulted in the enhancement and improvement of educational opportunities for elementary and secondary students in Ohio.  The plaque further stated that BASA salutes Dr. Kellogg for his “efforts and accomplishments on behalf of the youth of Ohio and gratefully bestows the designation and distinction of being an exemplary educational leader.”
