Third grade students from Emerson Elementary recently gave a presentation to the Westerville City Council regarding the 122nd anniversary of Emerson’s opening. They were featured on the “A+” segment of NewsDepth, a current events program put out by WVIZ PBS in Cleveland. Each week, the program highlights one school or group of students who have exemplified positive student or school engagement and/or achievement.
