Beautiful music was flowing through the halls of Blendon Middle School on Friday morning, October 16, as professional musicians from the Jazz Arts Group conducted an improvisation workshop for interested students. They were led by Mark Donavan, the instrumental music director at Fort Hayes in Columbus. The event was coordinated by Blendon music teacher Amy Levine. At the conclusion of the session, all in attendance were given two tickets to a Columbus Jazz Orchestra concert.
