Westerville South High School thespians will present their annual scholarship show at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15. Tickets cost $5 at the door for this year’s program, Through the Decades.
This production supports up to five scholarships given out by the theatre department each year. The “scho show” is held in memory of Erin McKenzie, a South student who lost her life 10 years ago. The program is filled with dances, songs and skits that focus on student writing, and pop culture. More than 100 pupils are expected to participate.
Theatre director Matthew Wolfe describes Through the Decades as a “passion project,” and encourages attendees to arrive early, as it usually sells out. Westerville South is located at 303 South Otterbein Avenue.
