Continuous Improvement Plans at Elementary Schools

Each building principal is responsible for working with his or her Building Leadership Team to annually create a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP).  Modeled after the plan from the Ohio Department of Education’s Ohio Improvement Process, a building’s CIP identifies goals, indicators of success, and strategies for implementation.  A school’s CIP is drafted after the Building Leadership Team carefully analyzes student achievement and growth data from the previous school year.

If you have questions about a specific building’s CIP, you are encouraged to contact the principal.
