Pastor Vaughn Bell is a native of Columbus, Ohio and serves as the senior pastor of the Triumphant
Church of God in Westerville, Ohio.

Pastor Bell’s church and civic involvement includes serving as a member of the Governing Board for
the Ohio Ministries of the Church of God, and the current president of the Westerville Area Ministerial
Association. Pastor Bell serves as the chair of the Leadership Westerville Martin Luther King, Jr.
Legacy Project, a member of the board of directors for Leadership Westerville and is a member of the
Westerville Diversity Advisory Committee.

Pastor Bell and his family moved to the Westerville area in 2003 and he has been involved with
Westerville City Schools as a member of the Community Engagement Committee, the Elementary
Attendance Boundary Realignment Committee, and president of the Westerville African American
Parent Association. Pastor Bell is the proud father of two daughters who are students in Westerville
City Schools.

Pastor Bell has earned a Master of Divinity degree from the United Theological Seminary in Dayton,
OH, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Ohio State University and is a certified pastoral
coach.
