The Westerville South High School Theatre Department, recipient of the Gold Honor Troupe Award at this year’s State Thespian Conference, will perform in Big Fish the Musical, with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and based on a book by John August. Shows will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23; and at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 24 in the auditorium at Westerville South High School, located at 303 South Otterbein Avenue. Tickets cost $10.00.
From the acclaimed 2003 movie, Big Fish is a story about father and son and the roller-coaster relationship children take with their parents. With big musical numbers, lovable characters and a comedic script, this new musical is sure to please.
