Student Fees Cover Consumable Supplies

Westerville student fees for consumable instructional materials for the 2015-2016 school year are as follows:

Elementary supply fees to be collected are: preschool, $15.50; kindergarten, $18.50; grade 1, $32.00; grade 2, $32.00; grade 3, $28.00; grade 4, $30.00; and grade 5, $30.00. 

The general instructional materials fee for grades 6 - 7 is $40, plus specific course fees.  The instructional materials fee for grade 8 is $35, plus specific course fees.  To assist with class/school activities, a fee of $5 per student will be assessed.  Co-curricular fees of $50 will be charged for Marching Band and the sports participation fee at middle school is $120 per student per sport.  Extracurricular fees of $15 per club will be charged for clubs with a supplemental contract. 

The general instructional materials fee for high school students is $20 plus course specific fees for consumable materials.  To assist with class dues/school activities, senior pictures for the yearbook, and graduation ceremony expenses, an annual class dues/school activity fee will be assessed in the amount of $15 per student per year.  Students will be charged $30 per year for a school campus-parking permit.  The Advanced Placement test fee is $91 and International Baccalaureate Tests will cost $175 (once a year) for registration; and $100 - $118 per test.  The sports participation fee at high school is $240 per student per sport.  Co-curricular fees of $50 will be assessed for Marching Band, Orchestra and Choir.  Extracurricular fees of $50 will be charged for Theater, per production.  Extracurricular fees of $15 per club with a supplemental contract will also be charged, with the exception of National Honor Society and Student Council.
