The Westerville City Schools Board of Education and Superintendent John Kellogg, on March 11, honored students from Westerville Central, North and South high schools, who were top scorers in the local 2018 Americanism and Government Test, sponsored by American Legion Young-Budd Post 171. American Legion representative Dr. William Golden presented them. The Americanism and Government Test is a 50-question exam comprised of true/false, multiple choice, and fill-in the blanks. A 300-word essay on an assigned topic is also part of the test.
