The Westerville Scholarship Foundation of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2017 Westerville Community Bowl-a-Thon will take place on Saturday, February 11, from noon to 2:45 p.m. at the Columbus Square Bowling Palace, located at 5707 Forest Hills Boulevard.
Through the combined efforts of the Westerville Scholarship Foundation, the Westerville Education Foundation and the Westerville Symphony, the Community Bowl-a-Thon is the largest fundraiser benefiting Westerville students. The three non-profit organizations utilize money generated by the Bowl-a-Thon to fund scholarships to students of all ages, provide grants to educators and offer musical performances and programs to classrooms in Westerville. The event is produced by a dedicated volunteer committee of local business professionals and community advocates and through generous donations from local residents and businesses.
This year, the Westerville Community Bowl-a-Thon Committee is excited to introduce its brand new logo and website. Please visit www.westervillebowlathon.com. The 2017 Bowl-a-Thon will also use a new social media hashtag: #BowltheVille17 and features its signature annual Executive Bowler Challenge.
