A Franklin County Immunization Clinic for children and adults is being offered at the Westerville Division of Fire (400 West Main Street) on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.  This clinic is by appointment only.  To schedule, please call 614/525-3719 or visit www.myfcph.org

Required childhood immunizations are available to those who have no insurance for a $15.00 fee per shot; however, uninsured children will not be turned away due to the inability to pay for childhood immunizations.  Cash or check, Medicaid, CareSource, Buckeye, Paramount, UHC Community and Molina health plans are accepted.  Most major medical plans are also accepted

Please be sure to bring your insurance card, photo identification and your child’s shot record with you to the clinic.  Your child can not be seen without these three documents.  A completed consent form is also required if a parent or legal guardian is not present at the clinic.

For parking, please turn into the COTA lot at the traffic light between the fire department and senior center.  Park in the back parking spaces in the lot at the back of the fire house and enter the building through the side door entrance instead of the main entrance.  Signs are posted to direct you to the north entrance.  Please note: If there is inclement weather or a holiday on this clinic day, the clinic is subject to close.  A Franklin County Public Health staff member will call to cancel if this occurs.
