North’s Jeff Bracken to Receive Jennings Arthur S. Holden Teacher Award for Excellence

Westerville North High School teacher Jeffrey Bracken has been selected as the winner of the 2019 Jennings Arthur S. Holden Teacher Award for Excellence in Science Education.  The award comes with $7,500 that will be used to expand North’s Chem Gems soap project.  Bracken will be recognized at the annual Jennings Educators Retreat dinner on Thursday, July 25, at the Marriott Cleveland East in Warrensville Heights. 

Bracken has also been invited to take part in a two-day retreat that follows, bringing together educators and acts as a “think tank” to assist education support organization leaders, college deans, and Ohio superintendents to develop awareness about current issues.
