North’s Megan Zody Signs Letter of Intent to Play Softball at Mount Union

Friends, family members, teammates, coaches, teachers and administrators gathered in the Media Center at Westerville North High School on Wednesday afternoon, April 17, to watch and celebrate as Megan Zody signed a Letter of Intent to play softball and continue her education at Mount Union University in Alliance, Ohio.

Zody was a four-year starter for North’s softball team.  This year, she is team captain.  She is a student section leader, a member of the Warrior Athletic Leadership Team, and a member of the National Honor Society.  She is a scholar athlete who was named to the 2019 Kiwanis Academic Varsity.  In college, Zody plans to study Exercise Science with the intent to become a physical therapist.
