Westerville North High School Names Drew Buttermore as Head Boys Soccer Coach

Westerville North High School (WNHS) Principal Kurt Yancey announced today that Drew Buttermore has been selected as Head Coach of the WNHS Boys Soccer Program, pending Board of Education action.

Buttermore graduated from WNHS in 1992 where he played sweeper and left back.  He continued his playing career at Ohio Northern University where he was a four year letterman and earned a degree in environmental science.  His coaching experiences include:

  • Wasa Eagles Club Soccer Coach (1997-2011); and
  • JV2 Soccer Coach @ WNHS (2011 - Present).

“Drew’s passion for our high school and the young people he serves, coupled with his experience, are indicative of the path and vision we have for the continued excellence of the Warrior Boys Soccer Program,” said Yancey.
