Mark your calendars for April 27, 28, and 29 because that is when students at Westerville Central High School will be performing in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, featuring music written by Alan Menken.
This classic show tells of Belle, a young woman, and the Beast, who is a prince under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, his curse will be lifted and he will go back to normal. However, time is running out. If the Beast does not learn to love, he and his household will be cursed forever.
Performances take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27; at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28; and at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 29. Tickets cost $10 each and can be purchased at www.wchstheatre.org.
