Westerville Partners for Education (WPE) is offering a photography session with your little ghosts and goblins at Midnight Madness Uptown on Friday, October 27, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Pray Think Love House, located at 30 East College Avenue. The purpose is to obtain books and funding for the group’s Book Bonanza! program, which gives away free children’s books to elementary students in the Westerville City School District.
There are three ways to get a photo of your child in costume:
- Donate $10 to WPE at Boo! for Books;
- Receive a discount by donating books – for every gently used children’s book that is given, the photo session is discounted by $1; or
- Bring 10 suitable books and receive a free picture.
“This is a great way to find a good home for those books your children have outgrown,” say organizers.
Proceeds from the event support WPE’s mission of providing programming from kindergarten through high school.
