More than 60 student leaders from grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 gathered at Westerville Central High School on Wednesday morning, July 27, to focus on how to make the upcoming school year the best one ever.  The group consisted of pupils involved in approximately 30 clubs, teams and organizations who met with the common goal of making Westerville Central strong.  This marks the 10th year in a row Principal Todd Spinner has invited pupils in to share their vision.

The teens enjoyed breakfast as they discussed leadership qualities and listened to remarks about getting involved in the community from school administrators and Genoa Township’s Deputy Fire Chief, Joe Ponzi.  They talked about building relationships; making learning relevant; and improving upon the already rigorous curriculum offered at Westerville Central.
