Students in Physics classes at Westerville Central High School were asked to design an apparatus that could safely transport an egg to the ground from 100 feet in the air.  The challenge was created as a way to integrate engineering principles and innovation.  The experiment was made possible thanks to the Genoa Township Fire Department, which provided their fire engine extension ladder from which the eggs were dropped onto the school parking lot on September 30.
