Proving that Halloween fun is not just for kids, many Westerville City Schools employees went all out in the costume department on October 31. Transportation personnel embraced a Toy Story theme this year. Early Learning Center staff and teachers donned a multitude of creative looks as they passed out treats to approximately 235 preschoolers at the eighth annual Pumpkin Walk. Celebrations were held at many buildings throughout the district.
