This weekend, the Ahrensburg Youth Orchestra will be visiting our community to perform in a free concert at Westerville South High School, which is located at 303 South Otterbein Avenue. The show will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 6. The ensemble is from Germany and is a “full orchestra,” which includes strings, brass, woodwinds and percussion. South Orchestra Director Mark Stevens says this is a great cultural opportunity for everyone and encourages community members to attend in support of these young musicians. The Ahrensburg Youth Orchestra is comprised of 62 members, ranging in age from 14 - 24 years.
