Westerville City Schools (WCS) athletic trainers, along with OhioHealth Sports Medicine, will be hosting the annual mass sports physicals for WCS middle and high school athletes entering grades 7-12 for the 2017-2018 school year.
Physicals will take place on Tuesday, May 9, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. (last check-in is at 7:15 p.m.) at the OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus, located at 300 Polaris Parkway (corner of Polaris and Africa). OhioHealth does not charge, but provides the opportunity for each school’s athletic department to charge a minimal fee, with all proceeds benefiting Westerville City Schools athletics.
Please find the OHSAA physical form online, print it, and have it filled out before coming to the physical in order to reduce wait times during registration. OhioHealth is providing this service at multiple locations and times. Westerville City School’s designated date is May 9, but participants are free to attend on the date and time that is most convenient for them.
