Robert Frost Elementary School will be bustling with activity for the next couple weeks as teachers, teen helpers, firemen and police officers educate 360 soon-to-be kindergarten students about staying safe. Westerville Safety City is an annual event operated by a non-profit organization. Educational topics include traffic and pedestrian safety, fire prevention, school bus safety, poison prevention, animal safety, gun safety, water safety, and stranger awareness. Morning and afternoon sessions are taking place from June 1-12, with “graduation” ceremonies to be held on the last day of the program at Westerville North High School.
