Heritage Middle School Celebrates 30th Birthday October 12 with Bash and 5K Run/Walk

Heritage Middle School will celebrate 30 years of educating Westerville area youth by hosting a Birthday Bash and 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 12. 

The 5K registration and packet pick-up begins at 8:00 a.m. in Jim McCann Stadium, on the campus of Westerville North High School, located at 950 County Line Road.  The race itself starts at 9:00 a.m.  Entry fee is $10 for students, $20 for adults, and $30 maximum for families.  All participants will receive a T-shirt designed by eighth grade student Michael Hohl.  Money raised from that event will be used for library and outdoor equipment to benefit students.  To register, please visit https://heritage-30-year-celebration-5k.cheddarup.com.

From 10:00 a.m. to noon, community members are invited to gather at Heritage Middle School, located at 390 North Spring Road, for games, entertainment, food, a history display, a trivia contest tours of the school and, of course, birthday cake.

The Heritage Middle School 30th Birthday Bash & 5K Run/Walk is being sponsored by the Heritage Middle School staff and PTSA, Lifepoint Church, Shirck Orthodontics and Liberty Bank.
