Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek the Musical Jr., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. Watch as everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue Princess Fiona, reclaim his swamp and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek Jr. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.
Join Shrek, Donkey, Princess Fiona, Lord Farquaad and a host of storybook characters as Shrek the Musical Jr. is performed by the Heritage Middle School Drama Club at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 15; Friday, March 16; and Saturday, March 17. General admission is $7, and the show will take place in Westerville Central High School’s auditorium. Central is located at 7118 Mount Royal Avenue. Tickets are available at the door.
