A seminar entitled “Understanding AP: Courses, Content, and College Credit” will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening, January 28.  Students and parents from all Westerville middle and high schools are encouraged to attend to find out how Advanced Placement (AP) classes can increase their potential for academic excellence.

This overview of the AP program will explain the benefits of taking AP courses and exams.  First, AP programs available at all three high schools (Central, North and South) will be reviewed.  Next, parents and students will have the opportunity to speak with current AP teachers to learn about the courses available at Westerville North, many of which are also offered at the other high schools.

The meeting will take place in the Westerville North High School auditorium, which is located at 950 County Line Road.
