Four Genoa Middle School 8th grade band students were selected for the 2015 OMEA district 15 Middle School Honors Band, which performed at Thomas Worthington High School on Saturday, November 21. Isabella Sodergren, Madison Johns, Caroline Cable, and Heath Jeffers participated in the event, which was directed by Capital University Professor Dr. Tony Zilincik. Genoa students Kayla Carter and Kenzie Williams were picked as alternates.
