Leg warmers, acid washed jeans, turned up collars, big hair and off-the-shoulder shirts were in vogue at the Medallion Country Club Friday evening, February 3, when hundreds of revelers gathered to attend Westerville Education Challenge’s Rock this Town 80s Party.  The enthusiastic crowd raised a whopping $50,000, which will be used to support Challenge Day at all three Westerville high schools, grants for educators, and programming at Westerville middle schools that supports character education and emotional and social well-being.  The Reaganomics provided live music.

Westerville Education Challenge was created in 2009 to support a culture of understanding, acceptance and friendship while addressing peer pressure, bullying and intolerance.  For more information, please visit www.westervilleeducationchallenge.org
