Wilder Elementary School Trail Blazer students for September, October, and November were busy this fall with many important tasks. The pupils, who were selected as leaders by their teachers in grades 2 - 5, have:
- Created a video of skits and messages about kindness for Start with Hello Week;
- Spoken at the Veteran’s Day assembly;
- Participated in a focus group for feedback about the Panorama survey; and
- Organized a food drive for Westerville Caring and Sharing, collecting more than 670 items.
Trail Blazer students are Nimesh Acharya, Samiya Ahmed, Jannat Alam, Anna Bartholomew, Jayme Eickmeyer, Sophie Izzie, William Luke, Allie Morrison, Marley Rhinehart, Delaney Stedman, Milan Truong, Harlen Whittington, and Simon Zewoldi. They work with school counselor Elizabeth Wolfgang. The group expressed their appreciation to the Wilder PTA for providing them with t-shirts.
