The Westerville Kiwanis Club is bringing a smile to each birthday boy and girl in Westerville City elementary schools. Thanks to the dedication of volunteer John O’Connor, and others, Kiwanis is providing materials donated by Half Priced Books, so each Westerville school student can pick out a book on their birthday. The club is committed to increasing access to books for all children and understands the importance of student choice to interest young readers.
