It’s raining money for UNICEF’s “Project Elimination” at Wilder Elementary School.
The student-led service club at Wilder Elementary School, K-Kids, recently raised more than $350 for UNICEF’s “Elimination Project,” which helps get tetanus shots to remote villages worldwide. The youngsters’ contribution will provide 250 shots to mothers and children across the globe. Kiwanis provides the school with guidance and opportunities to complete local and worldwide service projects. K-Kids coordinator is fourth grade teacher Lynn Holland. The group is gratefully guided by Kiwanis Vice President James Minter.
